Refund policy

We offer Convenient Returns in terms of option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The return policy is stated as under; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

10 days

Replacement only

For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

PAYMENTS & RETURNS

Mallomatic.com is presently accepting payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking, various Wallets & Cash On Delivery (for certain pin codes only). As and when more methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential.

We accept all VISA & Master Cards– only Indian cards, as International cards may not be infoed. You will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.

With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory , from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).You will have to log onto your banks website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.

CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D)

Mallomatic.com is presently offering cash on delivery payment option (for certain pin codes only).If and when more pin codes will be added, the same would be updated here as well.

PRICE

All offer prices on Mallomatic.com  are inclusive of taxes, there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image. In some cases or location, you will have to pay shipping charges, which will be mentioned on you screen while you place the order , before making final payment.

ORDERS

After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. Only in the event of a non functional product (determined by the brand service center), the order can be selected for a replacement. In the event of a non-delivery occurring due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), Mallomatic.com would incur an extra cost for re delivery and the same would be claimed from you.

Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Mallomatic.com  provides FREE Delivery in most of the locations for all products sold on Defenceelectronics.co.in to your beneficiary address within Rajasthan State limits only. (Kindly check Pin Code for Delivery Serviceable Area). In other states and pin codes outside of Rajasthan, additional delivery charges may apply, which may be added to your total value, before you make the payment or which may be communicated to you before shipping the order. If you are comfortable with the charges then the material will be shipped (only after your go ahead). If not, your order can be cancelled without any obligations.

Delivery time would be maximum 7 business days, usually done at the earliest, ( excluding Sundays & Public Holidays, in the state of Rajasthan ) from the day your order booking and payment is completed on Mallomatic.com For states outside of Rajasthan, the delivery time may exceed (depending on the serviceability of the courier companies) which will also be communicated to you before dispatching the material.There may be delay in the delivery due to stock unavailability or some technical issues that will not be considered in the shipment date/days. The day of booking your order & making payment is taken as day 0.

INSTALLATION & DEMO

Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to contact us on 555-666-9990 or email us on sports.supermart@gmail.com and we will be happy to clarify on the same.

After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. However, in some remote locations it may take more than 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.

Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service centre/franchisee only.

For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service centre /franchisee.

Inclusions in scope of work for Split A/c installation: - Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.

Exclusions in scope of work for Split A/c Installation:- All masonry work, Supply and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/c is present.

For other products, standard installation will be provided as per companies norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of product, the installation would happen after minimum 7 business days. We would request you to kindly contact us on the above mentioned contact details for any assistance required.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Mallomatic.com makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on 87698-87698  or email us on Mallomatic.com  After acceptance of delivery of the product, Mallomatic.com will not entertain any returns or refund request until the product is faulty or dead.

Refund will be done within 10-15 working days from the date of request of refund.

For any product/service available on sale on Mallomatic.com the company does not assume any liability. Mallomatic.com is only in the business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in Rajasthan. (Limited to mentioned state limits only)

At the time of receipt of products, customer shall check to ensure that product is in proper condition to his / her satisfaction and sign on delivery chalan, Sales Order as his / her acceptance of the product.

However considering our esteemed customer interest we are bound to exchange the product or refund the amount in following conditions:

  1. Any damage discovered at the stage of inspection by the customer when it is unpacked by the delivery associate during the delivery, the damaged product would be entitled for immediate replacement within next 15 days.
  2. If a product purchased malfunctions at the time of demo / installation, it will be treated as “ Dead – On – Arrival “and the product will be entitled for replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
  3. No request for exchange of product will be entertained subsequent to the customer or his/her representative signing the document ( delivery chalan ) acknowledging the receipt of the product to his/her satisfaction. In case of defects noticed by customer thereafter , such defects will be serviced by Manufacturer’s service centre as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
  4. Products like Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Digital Cameras, Camcorders, and other IT peripherals & accessories are under “ carry in warranty “ and all services are provided by manufacturing companies through authorized service providers. This is also applicable for any Dead on Arrival Case.
  5. In case of any physical damage found at the time of delivery or in case of technical defect found during installation of the product, and manufacturer approves exchange of product, the product should be returned in saleable condition with original packing.
  6. Invoice Copy / Delivery Chalan / Payment proof in original will be required to be submitted at the time of such request.
  7. The credit note issued in case where replacement product is not available , the credit note can be used for purchase of any product within the stipulated validity period and cannot be refunded in cash or otherwise.
  8. Products like Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Digital Cameras, IT Accessories , DVDs, Gaming Softwares, Air coolers, free gifts & personal care products will not be returned ( taken back ) or exchanged once sold.
  9. No return of any product purchased under a promotional scheme or discount or where invoice specifically mentions “ no replacement “.
  10. We reserve the right to request the customer for identification.

 SHIPMENT CANCELLATION

Once the order is booked & online payment is completed ,Mallomatic.com will endeavour to deliver your product in the stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary address in USA only.

Mallomatic.com will not allow Cancellation of Shipment for any reason. So we request our dear customers to accordingly confirm the purchase first and then book at Mallomatic.com
